By accessing this site or engaging with CCSMI’s services (including training, consulting, or scheduling a discovery call), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Who We Serve
Our services are designed for Graduate Medical Education (GME) professionals, including Program Coordinators, Directors, and Institutional Administrators. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Services Provided
CCSMI offers:
Customized New Innovations® system training
Workflow consultation and optimization
On-demand support and troubleshooting
ACGME readiness assistance
All services are delivered remotely via Zoom or similar platforms unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Discovery calls and consultations are booked via Calendly or email.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments may result in a delay in services or rescheduling fees.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms and rates will be clearly outlined in your custom proposal or service agreement.
Invoices are due according to the terms specified (typically Net 15 or Net 30).
Late payments may be subject to service delays or late fees.
We accept payments via standard business methods (e.g., ACH, credit card, check).
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by CCSMI—including training guides, templates, custom reports, dashboards, and presentations—are our intellectual property.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials
Share proprietary materials outside of your institution without written permission
You may use all delivered materials within your organization for internal training and operations.
7. Limitation of Liability
CCSMI provides services with professionalism and care. However, we make no guarantees that our services will result in specific outcomes (e.g., ACGME approval, perfect compliance scores).
We are not liable for:
System outages, platform limitations (e.g., issues within New Innovations®), or third-party errors
Data loss due to user error or external causes
Indirect or incidental damages related to use of our site or services
8. Confidentiality
Any information you share with us regarding your residency program, institutional processes, or data will be treated with strict confidentiality.
We do not share client information with third parties, except when required by law or with your explicit consent.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use this website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site’s systems
Upload malicious code or spam
We reserve the right to restrict access or remove content if these terms are violated.
10. Modifications to Terms
